International Women’s Day
There are over 500.000 single parent families in The Netherlands, consisting mostly of single mothers. This group often has a low income and can sometimes be isolated from society. The Single SuperMom Foundation (Stichting Single SuperMom) aims to empower this group with activities, training programmes and social events in order to increase their economic independence.
Our activities
On International Women’s Day the foundation launched a new training programme for single mothers with Queen Máxima as a guest of honor. De PR Boutique was responsible for the overall media strategy of the event with the client, the communications department of the Royal family and the Municipality of Amsterdam. We also managed over 40 radio & tv reporters, photographers and bloggers.
