The Amsterdam based PR agency De PR Boutique was founded by Marie-Claire Schimmelpenninck van der Oije in 2013. She is a hands-on professional with over 20 years of working experience in PR and marketing. She used to work at The Hague Marketing, The Netherlands Board of Tourism and Conventions in London, U.K. property consultants Cushman & Wakefield and the European internet startup of Pharmaplaza.com. Prior to becoming the owner of De PR Boutique she worked at Coebergh Communications & PR, 6 years out of which she was an Associate Partner. As a result of her international background, she is fluent in Dutch, English and French, and even speaks a little Spanish. On occasion, she is also a freelance senior PR consultant for Het PR Bureau.
